  • CPA Accountant Open or Close

    Summary:

    Apply principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports by compiling information, preparing profit and loss statements, and utilizing appropriate accounting control procedures.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
    • Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
    • Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
    • Analyze and review budgets and expenditures for local, state, federal, and private funding, contracts, and grants.
    • Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
    • Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
    • Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control.
    • Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients.
    • Resolve accounting discrepancies.
    • Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems.
    • Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's automated financial systems.
    • Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Additional Responsibilities:

    • Develop the annual operating budget and consult with departmental management on the fiscal aspects of program planning, salary recommendations, and other administrative actions.
    • Provide accounting policy orientation for new staff.

    Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

    • Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications. Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections. This is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, three to five years of accounting experience and successful completion of CPA exams.
    • Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.

  • Equipment Service Supervisor Open or Close

    Summary:

    Responsible for equipment service operation and planning. Establish equipment service policies and procedures. Responsible for Equipment Service goals. Establish and maintain community relations. Foster a well-trained and motivated staff.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Direct and coordinate Equipment Service operations within company policies and procedures.
    • Maintain a clean and safe Equipment Service.
    • Establish and direct plant policies and procedures.
    • Responsible for Equipment Service production goals.
    • Establish and maintain a positive community relationship.
    • Foster a well-trained and motivated staff.
    • Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of purchasing, production, and shipping.
    • Responsible for establishing all shift production schedules.
    • Select and train plant supervisory and administrative staff.
    • Conduct employee performance reviews.
    • Schedule and conduct Equipment Service meetings.
    • Responsible for the product quality control for the Equipment Service.
    • Attend scheduled corporate training and meetings.

    Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

    • Reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a Mining Engineering diploma or equivalent.
    • Direction of Equipment Service operations and community relations requires significant mechanical and administration knowledge as well as advanced interpersonal and supervisory skills. This is normally acquired by seven to ten years of heavy equipment maintenance and administration experience which includes supervisory responsibility.

    Working Conditions:

    Working conditions are normal for Equipment Service environment. Work may involve lifting of materials and product up to 30 pounds and climbing of mountainous places to reach to mining and quarrying equipment. Working in this environment requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, work boots, and hardhats. Loose fitting clothes and jewelry are not permitted.

  • Marketing and Sales Open or Close

    Summary:

    Provide leadership and coordination of company financial planning, debt financing, and budget management functions. Ensure company accounting procedures conform to generally accepted accounting principles.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Direct and coordinate company sales and marketing planning and sales budget management functions.
    • Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance of divisions and departments.
    • Oversee daily operations of sales and marketing department.
    • Manage the preparation of the official monthly and annual sales report.
    • Manage the preparation of annual sales budget and coordinate with the company controller the sales outlooks and sales target.
    • Work with other department managers and corporate staff to develop sales budget and production plan.
    • Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
    • Serve on planning and policy-making committees.

    Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

    • Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.
    • Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
    • This is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of a Masters Degree in Bussiness Management, five to ten years of experience in senior-level Sales or Marketing position.
    • Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
    • Work requires frequent travel and ability to drive.

  • Mechanic Open or Close

    Summary:

    Responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Earth Moving Equipment, Mining and Quarrying Equipment, Facility Machinery, Crushing and Screening Plant.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Start-up and training of Client staff on supplied mobile or stationary plant and equipment.
    • Maintain and service Mining, Quarrying and earth moving equipment.
    • Maintain and install Crushing and screening plant and equipment.
    • Install facility machinery and equipment.
    • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on facility machinery.
    • Troubleshoot and repair facility machinery.
    • Write and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).
    • Program PLC's and other operational instrument.
    • Complete daily maintenance and repair logs.
    • Communicate with operator and other coworkers and suppliers.
    • Maintain and secure work tools.
    • Clean and maintain work area.
    • Turn off and lock out equipment when not in use.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Additional Responsibilities:

    • Perform back-up for assembly line.
    • Perform back-up for warehouse.
    • Provide on-the-job training to new employees or client employee.
    • Order tools and machinery inventory parts.

    Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

    • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
    • Advanced skills (Journeyman level) required in one or more of the following areas: HVAC, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic & pneumatic systems, plumbing, piping systems, and PLC programming.
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
    • Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers.
    • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds required.

    Working Conditions:

    Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing and mechanical construction environment. Work involves frequent lifting of materials up to 20kg. Machinery and tool operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, work boots, and hardhats.   • Mechanical Draftsman Open or Close

    Summary:

    Provide services in mechanical drafting. Responsible for entire project cycle to include drawing development, and document completion.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Conduct surveys to gather engineering data office and field data.
    • Prepare and interpret blueprints, schematic drawings, layouts and other visual aids.
    • Prepare technical construction specifications as per designing engineer provided data.
    • Perform mechanical drafting duties surrounding the following; mechanical devices, components, transportation equipment, environmental and dust control, materials handling, machine tools, robots, automated manufacturing equipment.
    • Manage fabrication and construction document printing and filing process.
    • Draft and document changes to drawing according to engineering standards, policies, or project details.
    • Review development plans for compliance with adopted engineering standards and good engineering practices.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Additional Responsibilities:

    • Function as mechanical draftsman 2D and 3D.
    • Provide on-the-job training to new staff.

    Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

    • Knowledge of work requires advanced math skills, special relationship abilities, Working knowledge of CAD tools. This is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of a drafting Diploma in Mechanical, or Civil Engineering and three to five years of mechanical drafting experience.
    • Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.

  • Milling/Lathe Machine Operator Open or Close

    Summary:

    Responsible for fabricating replacement and new parts for facility machinery. Fabricate, erect, install, and maintain facility machinery.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Fabricate replacement and new parts for facility machinery.

  • Sales Representative Open or Close

    Summary:

    Responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions. Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
    • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
    • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
    • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
    • Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
    • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
    • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
    • Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.

    • Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
    • Work requires significant local travel to current and potential clients. This requires the possession of a valid state drivers license within 60 days of employment.
    • Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel.
