Jaw Crusher

Jaw-Crusher-movieJaw crusher consists of a set of vertical jaws, one being fixed or stationary and the other moving or mobile. The back and forth motion of the moving jaw, relative to its mechanism, causes the crushing motion for this machine. The jaws are farther apart at the top than at the bottom, forming a tapered chute so that the material is crushed progressively smaller and smaller as it travels downward until it is small enough to escape to the bottom opening. The movement can be quite small, as the complete crushing is not performed in one stroke. The inertia required to crush the material is provided by the weighted flywheel that moves the shaft and creating an eccentric motion that causes the closing of the gaps.

Bin Harkil is supplying the Saudi Arabian Market with Single Toggle Jaw Crushers of different size and capacity. These machines are constructed of heavy duty fabricated plate frames with reinforcing ribs throughout. Jaw crushers components are of high strength and design to withstand the high power draw for crushing medium hard to very hard rocks. Wear Parts are made up of manganese steels for both fixed and movable jaw liner. Heavy flywheels allow crushing peaks on tough materials. With the accurately balanced structure, Jaw Crushers can be easy to install. Bin Harkil also considers high-quality cast steel components and durable wear parts, as a basis for exceptional performance, cost-efficiency and low cost per ton.
